Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervises daily operations to customer service department
  • Answers customers’ questions, resolves problems and maintains customer satisfaction
  • Oversees customer service procedures
  • Enforces company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in similar position will be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of System Management Pro will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent management, problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-tusk and stay organized
