Production Team Members are responsible for producing high-quality dough within specifications, maintaining all equipment in a highly sanitized environment, and ensuring all food products are handled properly.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform dough production duties such as weighing, mixing, cutting, and placing dough in trays.
• Disassemble and clean production equipment and sanitize production area.
• Follow HACCP and Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMPs).

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar position will be consider an advantage.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Ability to stand and walk on continual basis throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25kg.
• Good knowledge of both Greek and English.
