Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervises daily operations to customer service department
- Answers customers’ questions, resolves problems and maintains customer satisfaction
- Oversees customer service procedures
- Enforces company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in similar position will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of System Management Pro will be considered an advantage
- Excellent management, problem-solving and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-tusk and stay organized
